Cancellation and Refund Policy:
You registered for classes, but stuff happens. Don’t worry, we’re here to help.
Canceled or Rescheduled Classes: In either case, we'll alert you ASAP.
Canceled Classes - If your class was canceled, in most cases you won't need to do a thing: we'll inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid. If you cancel more than 30 minutes (for mat yoga) or 1 hour (for Aerial/pole) before the start of your scheduled class, your pass credit will be returned to your profile; otherwise it will count as a late cancel/no show and count as used. Management has the right to waive the late cancel for non-frequent offenders!
Rescheduled Class - If your class was rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Can't make it? The decision to issue refunds for rescheduled/postponed events is up to the individual, but we'll do everything we can to help!
All courses have a $50 +HST non-refundable deposit. If at any time you wish not to participate in the classes for the particular course after you’ve paid, only the amount over the $50.00 deposit is transferable, up until one week before the class starts. But if something comes up closer to the class and you can’t make it, we’ll do everything we can to help. Just ask! If it's just a week out of the course you can't make, you can cancel up to two hours before online and reschedule yourself into another class at or below your registered class level.
All parties have a $49 +HST non-refundable deposit. If at any time you wish not to proceed with the party at the reserved time after you’ve paid, only the amount over the $49 deposit is transferable, up until one week before the reserved party time. But if something comes up closer to the party and you can’t make it, we’ll do everything we can to help. Just ask!
All prices are listed in Canadian currency. HST will be added to all purchases.
